Secure access to email inboxes can be done via Outlook on the web, formerly Outlook Web App or Outlook Web Access (OWA).
The respective email inbox is set up as IMAP. This allows you to access your emails across devices.
All booked Hosted Exchange email inboxes receive SSL / TLS certification to protect data security.
Manual email encryption is standard for us. Automatic email encryption is optionally possible.
Our premium spam & virus protection is always included in the Hosted Exchange, no matter which product you choose.

Archiving email traffic is a legal requirement for companies, from large corporations to small businesses. But only a few companies know this and shy away from investing in this area. Legally compliant email storage is very easy and inexpensive.
From €3.99 per month you can get secure archiving of your business email traffic from us. The technical requirement is an existing or new Hosted Exchange email account with us. Order email archiving right away or get advice. We are happy to help you!
Flexible terms - according to your wishes
Contract terms: 1 month or 12 months
We design the contract terms for your hosted exchange exactly as you want - absolutely flexible. Do you only need Hosted Exchange for one month? No problem at all for us! No matter whether for 1 month or 12 months, we offer flexible solutions.
If you decide to set up a Hosted Exchange email account for a short period of just 1 month, we will only charge a setup fee of €19, which is already included in the long-term contract term of 12 months.
You do not have to extend the contracts yourself; the contract term is automatically extended; termination must be made 30 days before the end of the contract.
